Can I use an on-line interview instead of a face-to-face interview for recruitment?

If, for example, restrictions during the pandemic prevent you from interviewing face-to-face, you can use an online interview with a minimum of 2 panel members, 1 of whom must be Safer Recruitment trained. You will need to follow normal Safer Recruitment requirements and we would recommend a full and thorough induction (and conducting probationary reviews as appropriate).
