Will I need to update the holiday entitlement pay divisors in SIMS.net following the implementation of the Good Work Plan?

No, it will not be necessary to update the holiday pay divisors (Weeks/Year) in contracts entered in SIMS.net for Support Staff.

Schools are, however, reminded of the need to update the National Insurance Tables for 2020/21 (Please see here.) Local Authority Schools will also need to update the Superannuation Rate for Support Staff (Please see here.)
