This year Teachers’ Pensions have introduced a new contact form, which replaces the current Declaration and Contact form. 
Please log-in to Teachers’ Pensions and then on the left-hand side select ‘Employer Contact Details’ then scroll down, and complete flagged sections as required.

Please see below the details that you will need to enter.

Primary contact – Nominated contact who is the main representative of the employer.  This individual has overall responsibility for administering the scheme and keeping any staff up to date with information to help them administer the scheme.  They must have a personal work email address and not a group inbox address (e.g. info@, admin@), as emails often cannot be sent to these addresses.
This will ensure that your establishment will receive all important communications from us.

Key Dates for EOYC

New contact forms need to be completed by 31st March 2020, please can you ensure that you email teacherspensions@schoolschoice.org once this has been completed.

From 20th April 2020 the named contact for the EOYC will receive an email from Teachers’ Pensions with the details of the total contribution cash received for the year figure, this needs to be emailed to payroll@schoolschoice.org so that we can complete an unaudited EOYC by the submission date of Friday 29th May 2020.

Please bear this date in mind if you were considering booking your auditors for the first week in May 2020 as the information may not be available to you.

Please ensure that you meet the three important deadline dates to ensure you comply with the EOYC process.
