For an academy - An academy cannot use a school's minibus as our insurance only covers Suffolk County Council business.
For an LA school - The academy's motor insurance must allow the hiring of vehicles. If this is in place then a school can use the academy's minibus provided there is an official hire agreement in place - similar to when hiring from a company such as Anglian Wilhire.
