How do I claim High Needs Top-up funding for a pupil who does not live in our Local Authority area?

The Top-up needs to be claimed from the pupils' home LA. The school will need to liaise directly with the other local authority. Contact details for neighbouring LA's can be found in the High Needs Policy.
Suffolk's banding rates will apply for all pupils placed in Suffolk schools.
