No. The School Fund is for non-official funds and is held separately from the school's Delegated Budget account (the latter details how the monies delegated by the LA have been spent).
The School Fund is required to have proper books of account and to undergo an annual independent audit. Official LA stationary should not be used in the administration of the School Fund and each school will need to set out the procedures to be followed in it's Local Procedures Manual.
