The link to the Terms and Conditions to be printed on the bottom of FMS Purchase Orders has changed. All LA Schools will therefore need to update the link to the Suffolk County Council website by taking the following steps on FMS:
Tools – Accounts Payable Parameters
Tab 1 Order Header
Select Printed Orders
Delete the current link and copy and insert the link below in the Printed Order Free Text box:
Save changes.
