Is there a limit to the number of exclusion hearings we can have clerked?

The annual subscription for the Pupil Discipline Committee Clerking Service allows a setting to have 4 clerked Pupil Discipline meetings clerked per year. Further meetings can be clerked, but an additional cost will be incurred.
