It is recommended that all governors undertake safeguarding training which can be arranged with Governor Services either as a whole governing body training session or by individuals booking on the FG2 course.
We also recommend that the Named Safeguarding Governor and Chair of Governors undertake specific training included in the governor training service as course NG1.
It is recommended that training is refreshed every 2 years
