Does everyone in the school have to have radicalisation training?

The Prevent duty came into force September 2015, https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/439598/prevent-duty-departmental-advice-v6.pdf everyone in the school must have an awareness of the Prevent Duty ( radicalisation), there are seminars that have been put on across county these are advertised on CPD online titled Prevent, the DSL in the school is expected to attend a Prevent seminar they will then be issued with a training pack and details on how to refer if they have a concern. They are then expected to cascade to all staff / volunteers within the school.
