For admission appeals: (Unless you buy into a Local Authority Admission packgage) You have to provide a school statement within statutory timeframes to support your case and a presenting officer on the day, usually a governor or head teacher. The content of the school statement will depend on the type of refusal, i.e. transfer, mid-year, Infant Class Size (ICS).

For exclusion reviews: You have to provide a copy of the paperwork placed before the Pupil Discipinary Committee and a panel of three school representatives to present the school's case.
